Ryan and Patrick installed a new high efficiency boiler system to replace our 30 year old boilers at our church building. They did such a fantastic job, I don't even know where to start. They were friendly, courteous, professional, ... you name it. During the three days they were there working on the new system, most of the time I didn't even know they were there. Simply put, they were fantastic. And when they left, you couldn't even tell that they were here, other than the fact that we now have a beautiful new system in our boiler room. We won't use another company. Benoure treated us great, and I don't think we could find any better. Thank you to Benoure, Ryan and Patrick!
Benoure installed three faucets for us, and did some small toilet adjustments. We were very happy with the work that was done. A shout-out to Grace in the administration, Josh the primary installer and Ben the second installer. All staff were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We highly recommend them.
Steve made quick work of my troubled boiler. He identified components that needed replacing and gracefully explained the issues he found. He resolved what was a stressful situation with skill and confidence. This is my second great experience with Benoure. Highly recommend.
We had our house plumbed including HVAC by Benoure. Overall, the employees were great, we had limited issues during our new house build other than they put the AC outside unit in front of the furnace exhaust, but I raised the issue, and they fixed it. However, 5 years after the build when they are servicing the furnace, they tell us the way furnace was installed was incorrect and condensation would build up. Of course, I reminded them they did the install, but they said we still had to pay $500- to get the plumbing updated, it isn't about $500-, it is about owning up to your own errors which determines your reputation, issue #1. Then about 2-3 months ago the fan went in furnace, we were told by service person fan would cost over $1500 for a furnace that was 6-7 years old and was not warranted, we weren't happy but told them we needed to fix it so go ahead. Other HVAC companies I called thought we were getting ripped off with a fan being that much, however, we authorized them to fix the furnace so we are responsible to pay. However, we never got a bill for that service (they now claim they sent it to my wife but we went through her emails even spam and nothing from them, maybe they had wrong email no idea), then they call my cell phone today, leave a threatening message on my phone which really made me angry and say our bill is overdue and they say in message if not paid today we will be turned over to collectors. Such a message did not go over well with me, and this is why I'm leaving this less than positive review. I return their call and get voicemail, get a call back and once they send the email to my email address the bill is paid right away even though I feel $1500+ for a furnace fan is a rip-off. At this point I no longer trust them to be an honest supplier.
I would like to share my experience and it was great one!! I had phantom water leak in my basement boiler room. I called in for a service call with Benoure plumbing and Jeff answered, I briefly told him about it. Jeff stated we will come out and take a look. One person came out and I missed them somehow, so I kept waiitng, later in the day around 3 pm on a Friday, I called back for a follow up, to ask when will someone be here, Jeff stated my guy was there an hour ago. Which I must of missed him somehow, Jeff stated I will have someone there in 10 minutes. Ten minutes Jarret shows up, I told him about my issue and showed him what I been trying to find for the last four hours. It was in the most strange odd place, which was above my hvac duct work in a boiler room. I located the possible leak but could not tell how or where it was leaking from. Super strange situation and very uncommon Jarret from Benoure was very curious how or what was happening. He climbed up and layed down across my duct work. This was the only access point to lovate the leak. He pushed his finger on the elbow and boom water started squarting out. When not pressed it was leaking droplets, when pressure applied it was leaking very badly. This was my hot water line, menaing anytime water was being used it was leaking. This was happening for some time but I never noticed until today. Jarret took pictures and showed it to me and it was one of those one in a million type issues. He vent to his van grabbed parts and stated I have to do this once and do it right, just due to location of it. He climbed back up and made an easy repair fix. I was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. If you need something always ask for Jarret to be your tech. It was great experience and I would recommend anyone to use him. I had great Friday and got lucky for quick service call for the repairs. Thank you again guys!!
